🇮🇹 Whistleblowing
Al fine di disciplinare le attività derivanti dal D.Lgs. n. 24 del 2023 (“Decreto Whistleblowing”), Starline Spa ha adottato una Procedura Whistleblowing che disciplina la gestione delle segnalazioni effettuate tramite i canali di comunicazione disponibili e le forme di tutela che vengono garantite all’autore della segnalazione, conformemente a quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente in materia.
La Piattaforma va utilizzata esclusivamente dai soggetti definiti segnalanti ai sensi della normativa e per le finalitĂ indicate. Non sono segnalazioni whistleblowing e non saranno, quindi, prese in considerazione ad esempio:
- Contestazioni, rivendicazioni o richieste personali relative al proprio rapporto di lavoro (da inviare alle funzioni del Personale di competenza).
- Reclami relativi a disservizi delle prestazioni rese dalla societĂ (da inviare alle dedicate funzioni aziendali).
Oltre alla Piattaforma di cui sopra, da considerare preferenziale e idonea a garantire con modalitĂ informatiche la riservatezza dell’identitĂ del segnalante, possono essere utilizzati anche i seguenti canali:
- Trasmissione cartacea della segnalazione (posta ordinaria o con raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno indirizzate al soggetto gestore della segnalazione), che rechi all’esterno la dicitura “All’attenzione del Gestore delle segnalazioni whistleblowing – riservata personale” a mezzo del servizio postale all’indirizzo della sede legale.
- Consegna brevi manu (ovvero in busta chiusa indirizzata al Gestore delle segnalazioni, con la dicitura riservata personale) presso la sede legale.
Nei casi tassativamente indicati ai sensi dell’art. 6 e dall’art. 19 del D. Lgs. n. 24/2023, è possibile effettuare una segnalazione anche all’AutoritĂ competente in materia (ANAC) tramite il canale disponibile al seguente link https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing.

🇬🇧 Whistleblowing
In order to regulate the activities stemming from Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2023 (“Whistleblowing Decree”), Starline Spa has implemented a Whistleblowing Procedure that governs the management of reports made through available communication channels and the forms of protection guaranteed to the author of the report, in accordance with the current legislation on the matter.
The Platform should be exclusively used by individuals defined as reporters according to the regulations and for the specified purposes. Reports that are not whistleblowing reports and therefore will not be considered include, for example:
- Disputes, claims, or personal requests regarding one’s employment relationship (to be addressed to the relevant Personnel functions).
- Complaints concerning service failures provided by the company (to be directed to the dedicated company functions).
Apart from the Platform, to be considered it preferable and suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity through electronic means, the following channels can also be utilized:
- Sending a printed copy of the report (via regular mail or registered mail with a return receipt addressed to the reporting manager), externally labeled with “Attention: Whistleblowing Reporting Manager – personal and confidential,” sent via postal service to the legal headquarters’ address.
- Hand-delivery (i.e., in a sealed envelope addressed to the Reporting Manager, labeled as personal and confidential) at the legal headquarters.
In cases explicitly indicated under Article 6 and Article 19 of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, it is also possible to report to the competent Authority (ANAC) through the available channel at the following link: link.
